摘要
目的探讨极低出生体重儿合并呼吸暂停的综合治疗方法。方法对近4年我院收治的极低出生体重儿合并呼吸暂停45例的综合治疗进行回顾性总结,其中药物治疗用氨茶碱和纳络酮。结果药物治疗显效20例,有效13例,总有效率73.3%;无效12例,无效率26.7%。结论极低出生体重儿合并呼吸暂停应采用综合治疗,药物治疗可使用氨茶碱和纳络酮联用。
Objective To investigate the method of combined therapy on apnea of very low birth weight infant. Methods Review and retrospectively analyze the method of combined therapy on 45 cases of apnea of very low birth weight infant in our hospital nearly 4 years, drug treatment with aminophyline and naloxone. Results In drug treatment, 20 cases had significant effect ,and 13 cases had effect, the total effective rate was 73.33%. 12 cases had no effect ,the ineffective rate was 26 67%. Conclusion Combined therapy should be used on medical treatmetn of apneic of very low birth weight infant, drug treatment can be used with aminophyline and naloxone.
