能源是人类社会进步的重要物质,随着经济的发展,能源短缺的矛盾将会进一步加剧,节约能源和寻找新的能源则是解决这一问题的有效方法,而法律的保障亦是不可或缺的。
Energy is of great importance to the progress of the mankind＇s society.The problem of energy deficiency would be aggrevated along with the development of the economy.Energy economization and exploiting new energy sources are efficient ways to solve the problem.Furthermore,legal guarantee is imperative during the whole course of energy economization.
