介绍了基于Intel 80C196KC单片机控制的交流脉冲M IG逆变弧焊电源的构成及工作原理,具体讨论了应用单片机控制的交流脉冲M IG弧焊电源的硬件设计和软件设计。该电源工作稳定可靠,能够较好地满足焊接工艺性能要求。
The constitution and operating principle of AC PMIG inverter welding power source based on Intel 80C196KC single chip microcomputer are introduced. The hardware design and software program of the welding power source are discussed in detail. Tests have shown that the AC PMIG welding power source can run reliably and stably and satisfy the requirement of welding process.
