摘要
东方化工厂每年排出低铁品位硫酸渣20万t左右,为综合利用这部分二次资源,在实验室条件下开展了深入的研究工作。采用化学、磁选联合处理方法,可有效脱除有害元素硫74.13%,有用成分铁富集到46%以上,从而使含铁二次资源得到合理利用。同时分析了富铁、脱硫的机理。
The annual discharge of a sulphuric acid residue with a low content of iron from Eastern Chemical Factory is up to about 200 thousand tons. in order to achieve the comprehensive utilization of this secondary resource, the deep research of this residue was carried out in the laboratory. When a combination process of chemical leaching and magnetic separation was adopted to process the sulphurie acid residue, the harmful element sulfur of 74. 13% can be removed effectively from it, and the useful element iron can be enriched to above 46%. So in that way this secondary can be utilized rationally. This paper analyzes the mechanisms of iron enrichment and sulphur separation.
