摘要
以茎杆粗壮型海南野生稻S和安仁籼稻、R 199、武育粳、R 215及其配制组合F1为材料,研究杂交水稻茎秆形态学优势性状与抗倒伏能力的关系,结果表明:海南野生稻S的茎秆基部抗折断能力较强,基部节间结构较优,株高和茎杆长度合理,基部伸长节间较短、充实度高,是一个茎秆物理性状良好、抗倒伏能力强的光温敏核不育系材料;以海南野生稻S为母本与安仁籼稻、武育粳、R 199和R 215所配制的组合F1茎秆基部抗折断能力和充实度、基部伸长节间粗度、横切面面积和茎壁厚度等性状明显优于其父本并表现出一定的平均优势或超亲优势,株高较父本明显增加,但基部伸长节间长度较父本短,具备抗倒伏性较强的生物学基础。
The relationship between morphological dominant properties and ability of lodging resistance of culm of rice was studied with stronger culm type such as Hainanyeshengdao S, Anrenxiandao, R 199, R 215 and their F1 hybrids. The results indicated that Hainanyeshengdao S had stronger ability of breaking strength, better structure in basal intemode, reasonable plant height and culm length, shorter basal intemode, higher plumpness in basal intemode, so it was a kind of photoperiod-temperature sensitive male sterile line with good culm physical characteristics and ability of lodging resistance ; F1 hybrids were superior to their male parent in ability of breaking strength, plumpness, thickness of basal intemode, area of transection and thickness of culm wall and showed some mid-parent value or over-parent superiority. Expecially, F1 hybrids had higher plant height and shorter basal intemode length. So culm of F1 hybrids had the biologic base of stronger lodging resistance.
