摘要
医疗纠纷的发生,不仅给医患双方带来许多不良影响,同时也间接地影响社会其他许多方面。医疗纠纷的解决,牵涉到许多单位和部门,引发出一系列需要探讨的理论问题。一方面是促使有关管理部门对工作加速有关理论问题的研究,尽快解决法律文件之间的矛盾冲突;另一方面增强人们的法制观念,使人们逐渐认识到用法律手段维护自己的合法权益。
It has not only a lot of adverse effect medical tangle to both of doctor and patients, but also affect many other aspect. To solve medical tangle, involving many departments,and have a series of theoretic questions need to be discuss. In one hand, we need to ruge the relative departments to investigate those that they should legal means to protect themselves.
