摘要
在研究单季中稻体内游离氨基态氮(FA-N)含量变化规律的基础上,探索了稻体内氮素营养快速诊断技术。试验结果表明:①稻体内各部位FA-N含量的日变化很大,而8∶00~10∶00时段内比较稳定;②稻体内FA-N含量与其体内氮含量、土壤氮供应量和氮肥用量等都显著相关;③穗分化始期倒3叶鞘的FA-N水平最能代表植株体内的氮营养状况,可作为快速诊断的测定部位。采用本试验所获得的茚三酮改良法,可在田间对稻株体内的氮素营养状况进行快速诊断,并根据诊断指标。
In this experiment,the free ammonical nitrogen(FA N)content of plant was studied with two types of midseason rice(Hybrid rice:Shanyou 63;Japonica rice:Wuyujing 3).In addition,the author modified the former methods for the rapid determination of plant nitrogen status.The results are as follows. The FA N content of the rice plant was different at different growth stages.The FA N contents in sheaths and stems were positively correlated with those in the whole plant and the supply of soil nitrogen and fertilizer nitrogen.The third sheath from top of the main stem was the most sensitive part in all parts tested. Although the FA N content in every part of the rice plant showed great diurnal variations,it was relatively stable from 8∶00 to 10∶00 in sunny days. The paper suggests an improved simple ninhydrin colorimetric method to rapidly determine the nitrogen statue in midseason rice plants.We can make the nitrogen fertilizer norm for the later growth stage of rice using this method.
