摘要
作者采用综合育种技术选育出一批高产六倍体小黑麦新品系.染色体数分析结果证明,其中也个品系(SAUT.Fu62-950511、950517、951582和951584)非整倍体率平均值为2.38%(范围0—5.77%),表现了很低的非整信体频率,显示了较高的细胞学稳定性;而另一个品系则有14.81%的非整倍体频率。本实验结果指出,使用结合了杂交育种和诱变有种的综合有种技术,辅以高效地选择大粒、均匀和饱满种子的选择技术,有可能获得类似普通小麦细胞学稳定性那样的六倍体小黑麦新材料,从而解决六倍体小黑麦细胞学不稳定性的难题.文中还讨论了有关改良六倍体小黑麦细胞学稳定性的育种技术。
Five new strains of hexaploid triticale, which were selected by usfrom the progeny of a winter/sgring triticale cross with treatment of, 60Co gammairradiation, and exhibited a high-yielding level in Sichuan province, werecytologically analyzed for determining their aneuploid frequency. The resultsreyealed a yery low frequency of aneuploid plants with an average of 2. 38%,ranged from 0% to 5. 77% in the four strains, while another strain exhibited ahigh aneuploid frequency (14. 81%). The results suggested that our method,inducing mutation and exerting strong selection pressure in cross progenies,would be effective means to improve cytological stability of hexaploid tritcale.
