摘要
介绍了国内第一台配置CO2空调系统的桑塔纳轿车在环境模拟实验室和道路行驶时空调效果的测试结果,该制冷系统采用铜管铝片式换热器,其尺寸与原HFC134 a系统基本一致,压缩机采用斜盘活塞式,节流机构采用手动控制开度的电子膨胀阀。试验表明此空调器基本能满足降温的需要,但零部件的性能需要改善。
Both in-door (environment simulation lab) and road tests are performed on a Santana car equipped with the first mobile CO2 air conditioner in China. The air conditioner adopts a compressor of swash platepiston design, a flow regulating device with a manually-controlled electronic expansion valve and an aluminum fincopper tube type heat exchanger with a basically same overall dimension as the original HFC134a system. The test results show that the air conditioner basically meets the temperature lowering requirements of the car but the performances of some parts and components need to be improved.
