黏蛋白MUC1是一种具有高度糖基化胞外区的Ⅰ型跨膜蛋白,存在于正常细胞和多种癌细胞的表面,为公认的血清和细胞肿瘤抗原。本文简述了MUC1的分子生物学结构、生物学功能及其在肿瘤疫苗方面的研究应用进展。
Mucin Ⅰ（MUC1）, a polymorphic type Ⅰ transmembrane protein, which has a large, heavily glycoslated extracellular domain, is found on the apical surface of normal cells and various of tumor cells. MUC1 is an accepted serum tumor marker and cellular tumor antigen. The molecular structure, biology function and progress on tumor vaccine were discussed here.
