摘要
中国法治化作为一个渐进发展的过程,在我国法治化的具体实践以及加入WTO的新形势下,必然会呈现出不同的发展态势。认真研究论证其发展态势,对于把握中国法治化发展之规律,落实和推动依法治国方略的实施,具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。
A gradually advancing course, Rule by law in China inevitably gives appearance of different developing states in practice and new situation after the entry to WTO. Careful research into it has theoretical and practical significance to understand developing rules and carry out and drive the policy of ruling by law.
