摘要
成人教育越来越显示其重要性,由于存在不同于高校常规学制的特点,其学籍管理工作的难度相对较大。针对成人教育学籍档案管理中存在的某些问题,文章探讨了成人教育学籍档案管理方法,认为应加强对档案法和档案知识的宣传,提高每一个档案管理人员的档案意识,重视成人教育学籍档案在学校档案管理中的作用,使成人教育学籍档案管理水平得到真正的提高。
Continuing education gradually demonstrates its importance. The difficulty of archive administration of the student status of this kind increases because its length of schooling is different from that of the conventional higher institutions. In view of the existing problems in this respect, the author discusses the mode of the archive administration and holds that the key idea is that we must strengthen the publicity of the archive law and knowledge, raise the consciousness of each archive administrator and fully understand the functions of the archive in the continuing education so as to really raise the archive administration level.
