摘要
目的 研究细胞凋亡相关蛋白P53、bcl-2、caspase-3在甲状腺癌(thyroid carcinoma,TC)中的表达,探讨凋亡在甲状腺癌发病机理中所起的作用。方法 采用脱氧核苷酸介导的原位末端标记(TUNEL)法检测甲状腺癌患者37例甲状腺标本中的凋亡细胞水平。并用免疫组织化学方法检测凋亡相关蛋白P53、bcl-2和caspase-3的表达。结果P53、bcl-2和caspase-3蛋白在TC中的阳性率分别为18.92%、91.89%和56.76%。本组TC标本中的细胞凋亡率为5.405%。结论bcl-2、caspase-3在TC中不同水平的表达,可能是导致TC凋亡水平相对低下的重要因素。在TC的发病机理中起到了一定的作用。
Objective To investigate the expressions of P53,bcl - 2 and caspase - 3 in the thyroid carcinoma (TC) and probe the effects on apoptosis into the pathogenesis of TC. Methods We introduced terminal deoxynucleotidyl tranferase - mediate dUTP- biotin nick and labeling (TUNEL) to measure the apoptosis and adoptec the immunohistochemistry to survey the expressions of P53,bcl - 2 and caspase- 3 in the 37 patients with TC. Results The masculine rate of P53, bcl-2 and caspase-3 in TC were 18.92%, 91.89% &56.76% respectively, and the apoptosis rates in TC was 5.405%. Conclusion The different expressions between bcl - 2 and caspase - 3 in TC may induce lowing the apoptesis of TC. The abnormal expressions of bcl - 2 and caspase - 3 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of TC.
