摘要
创建大学英语全面素质培养体系,即对大学英语进行分层次教学的流程设计和动态管理,实施以学生为中心的多种教学模式和相应的评估体系,使评估过程化、标准化和内容层次化,并结合现代化教学手段实施大班授课、小班辅导。
Quality-based education system in FLT should be created, including： the reengineering the corporation of the grated English teaching system, the corresponding flexible administration system, the adopting of apropriate teaching method, the reforming of the marking mechanism and the application of the modem multimedia teaching equipment.
