摘要
大学教师的职业特点是以人格来培养人格,以灵魂来塑造灵魂。礼仪的价值所在是维护、体现人的尊严。大学教师礼仪的核心是对大学生的尊重和关爱。因此,礼仪不仅是大学教师自身良好职业道德修养的表现,而且是大学教师职业道德成为一种重要的教育影响力量或要素。
The professional characteristics of the teachers in university is cultivating personality by personality and building up soal by soal. The values of etiquette lie in asserting and embodying the majesty of human beings. The core of university teachers＇ etiquette is respecting and loving the students. Therefore, etiquette not only shows the professional morality cultivition of teachers temselves, but also makes the teachers＇ professional morality a kind of important educational infuence or we say element.
