摘要
目的 探讨悬挂式钢丝固定治疗肩锁关节脱位的疗效.方法 采用悬挂式钢丝固定治疗肩锁关节脱位患者24例.结果 17例获随访,时间6个月～4年,肩锁关节功能恢复良好.结论 用悬挂式钢丝固定治疗肩锁关节脱位,容易达到解剖复位和牢固的固定,是治疗肩锁关节脱位的一种方法.
Objective To study the effects of treatment of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint with wire suspension. Methods 24 cases of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint were all treated by wire suspension. Results 17 cases were followed up from 6 to 48 months. The function was recovered well. Conclusions It is an effective method of treatment of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint with wire suspension,which can provide anatomic reduction and rigid fixation easily.
