摘要
本文为观察耳蜗内环境对DPOAE的影响,选用健康豚鼠14只,测定豚鼠静脉注射速尿(50mg/kg)前后EP及DPOAE的改变.实验结果表明,注射速尿后2分钟,EP值快速下降,由用药前的82.3mv 降至—13.9mv;DPOAE用药后8个测试频率的强度都有降低.提示,耳声发射来源于耳蜗,且对耳蜗内环境有明显的依赖性.
:To observe the effect of endocochlear environment changes on the DPOAE, the EP and DPOAE were measured in 14 health guinea pigs before and after intravenous injecting of flurosemide (50mg/kg). The EP values were decreased rapidly after using flurosemide 2 minutes, from 82. 3mv to-13. 9mv. The intensities of DPOAE were decreased in all 8 measured frequencies after injecting flurosemide. The results show that the otoacoustic emission origin from the cochlear, and is dependent on the endocochlear environment.
