摘要
四川井盐生产经营历史久远,分布广泛,反映盐业生产经营的盐业投资契约种类多,内容十分丰富,在我国盐业文化和法律文化史中占有重要的地位。盐业投资契约所揭示的投资方式、经营模式、风险责任的负担等内容和特点,对于今天的投资领域制度的建立与完善有着十分重要的借鉴意义。
The production and operation of well salt in Sichuan Province has a long history and wide distributes, it reflects various kinds and rich content of salt investment contracts on salt production and operation, and plays an important role in Chinese history of salt culture and law culture. The content and features of investment modes, operation modes risktaking etc. reflected by salt investment contracts are of great referential significance for the establishment of today＇ s systems in investment fields.
