New Technique of Reinforced Alkaline Extraction for Birch Kraft Pulp

摘要 采用活化剂A和B反应产生的单线态氧对碱抽提段进行强化,可增加脱木素能力,提高纸浆白度。 The reinforcement of alkaline extraction with singlet oxygen by the reaction of activator A with activator B is illustrated. The result shows as follows: the delignification rate and the brightness values can be increased when activator A and activator B are together added in the conventional alkaline extraction. The brightness values with CIEBHI and CIEA/BHI and CIEA/BHIP sequences can reach 81. 2% and 82. 9% and 86. 2%(SBD) when 0. 05% activator A and 1. 0% activator B are together added in the conventional alkaline extraction. The breaking length can reach 7000 meters for the bleaching birch kraft pulp with CIEA/BHI and CIEA/BHIP stage.
