摘要
水煤浆是一种高浓度、高粘性、不透明的固液分散悬浮体系,表现出非牛顿流体的特性,其流变特性十分复杂,迄今为止难以给出理论上的流变模型表达式.水煤浆流变特性是研究水煤浆的稳定性、输送的可泵性、流动的阻力特性和雾化特性的前提和基础.详细介绍了确定压力下水煤浆流变特性的两种试验方法:管流法和旋转粘度计法.并对水煤浆输送中产生的滑移现象进行了较深入的分析和讨论,讨论了滑移产生的原因及修正方法.
Coal water slurry (CWS) is solid-liquid suspended system with dense concentration, high viscosity and opacity, which features property of Non-Newtonian fluids. So far it is difficult to gain the rheological model in theory because of the complexity in its flows. The characterization study of theological behavior in CWS is important for slurry stability, pumpability, flow resistance and atomization. Two experimental methods known as pipe-flow and rotational viscometer to determine the rheological behaviors of CWS are proposed. The slip phenomenon of CWS in pipe flows is discussed deeply.
