摘要
目的:探讨芬太尼透皮贴剂联合抗抑郁剂治疗对肿瘤晚期癌痛患者的生活质量的影响。方法:将NRS评分＞7分的100名癌痛患者随机分为A组50例,单药芬太尼透皮贴剂止痛治疗;B组50例,止痛加用抗抑郁剂-氟西汀。治疗4周时对各项指标进行评定。结果:B组疼痛缓解较A组差异明显,患者情绪抑郁,睡眠障碍改善,B组较A组明显,有统计学意义。结论:芬太尼透皮贴剂联合抗抑郁治疗可明显改善晚期癌痛患者的生活质量,减轻疼痛。
Objective： To study the effect of Fentanyl Transdermal System in combination with antidepressents to improve QOL of the patients with cancer-pain in its advanced-stage. Method： 107 patients with cancer-pain scoring 7 or over with NRS were randomly divided into Groups A and B. In Group A, there were 57 cases receiving Fentanyl Transdermal System only; in Group B, there were 50 cases receiving Fentanyl Transdermal System plus antidepressents. The 2 groups were observed for 4 weeks. Result： The pain in Group B was reduced. The QOL in Group B improved with very significant difference P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： Fentanyl Transdermal System in combination with antldepressents improved the QOL of the patients with cancer-pain.
