摘要
通过笔者提出的螺旋理论,分析了多环稠合化合物的立体结构和旋光方向间的关系。对于较简单的化合物,通过旋光方向可以推断其立体结构(例如S,R那可汀)。但是对于大多数复杂的多环稠合化合物通过旋光方向却难以推断其立体结构,而通过它们的立体结构可以推断其旋光方向,这是因为其立体结构中多个环的组合方式太多之故。
On the basis of the helix theory proposed by the authors, the relationship between stereostructure and rotatory direction is analyzed for the fused polycyclic compounds. The stereostructure can be predicted from the rotatory direction for simple compounds (for example S, RNoscapine). However, for most of the complex fused polycyclic compounds, the rotatory direc tion can be predicted from the stereostructure while the stereostructure is hardly predicted from the rotatory direction. The reason is that in their stereostructure there are too many combining methods of the cycles.
