摘要
介绍了楼宇自动控制网络数据通信协议BACnet，阐述了将视频监控系统引入到BACnet智能建筑中的意义。提出将传统的楼宇监控系统延伸到因特网上，通过WEB浏览器的方式方便的进行楼宇的远程实时监控以及故障监测。并且详细分析了视频监控系统的框架结构和工作原理，给出了系统总体设计和子系统软件设计方案。
This article introduced the data communication protocol for building automation and control networks BACnet, explained the importance of video surveillance system in BACnet intelligent building system, Proposed applying the traditional video surveillance system to Internet and achieving Long-ranged monitoring and faults detecting from web browser, Finally, analyzed the structure of the video surveillance system, presented the whole system design and each sub-system software design in detail.
