摘要
目的总结结肠癌合并糖尿病患者的围手术期临床处理经验。方法回顾性分析43例经手术治疗的结肠癌合并糖尿病患者围手术期血糖增高及防止手术应激致血糖改变的情况,根据不同情况使用不同剂量、不同途径的胰岛素。结果43例结肠癌合并糖尿病患者术后发生并发症26例占60.47%,死亡3例占6.98%,死因主要为严重肺部感染、心肌梗死、高渗性非酮症昏迷。结论积极做好结肠癌合并糖尿病围手术期的处理,可减少该病并发症的发生,对降低该病的病死率具有积极的作用。
Objective To analyze the experiences about how to handle the colon cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus during perioperative period.Methods The data of 43 patients receiving colon cancer operation who were complicated with diabetes mellitus were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 43 patients, 26 patients （60.47 % ） had complications; 3 patients （6.98%） died, the cause of death mainly was grave lung ministry infection, myocardial infarction and hyperosnolar nonketotic diabetic coma. Conclusion Proper treatrnnt for the patients with colon cancer complicated with diabetes mellitus during perioperative could decrease the incidence of complication and mortality.
