摘要
通过企业信息化影响因素的研究,该文提出了影响企业信息化建设的14个主要影响因素;采用粗糙集理论与方法对杭州市76家企业信息化建设实证数据分析,通过提取企业信息化成效和各影响因素的关系规则,探寻出影响杭州市企业信息化成败关键因素及相关关系权重系数,确定出当前杭州市企业信息化成功与12个关键因素密切相关,其中信息化投资比重高是当前杭州市企业信息化成功的重要前提。
Making an overview of the research on primary factors in enterprise informatization, the paper puts forward 14 primary factors that may impact information systems performance in the enterprises, and determines key factors and weight coefficient by the informatization data of 76 firms in Hangzhou based on rough set theory, and get 12 key factors that is closely related to the success of enterprise informatization of Hangzhou, among them the high proportion in informatization investment is an important foundation of successful informatization.
