摘要
报道了９９ｍＴＣ－ＭＲＰ２０的最佳标记条件、小鼠脏器分布、兔血药清除动力学、血浆蛋白结合率、不同ｐＨ值时的分配系数、猴显像等结果。
Brain perfusion imaging agent 99mTc-MRP20 was studied majoring on the radiochemistry and preliminary pharmacological experiments.This paper reports the best labelling condition range,biodistribution results in mice, kinetics of rabbit Blood clearance,partition coeffcient at PH 7.0 and 7.4 and imaging studies in monkeys.
