摘要
本文对水力发电机组由顶盖系统和机组推力系统耦合作用引起的故障进行了试验、理论分析和处理,这种故障是一种很特殊的故障,对机组的破坏是致命的。通过减少275t以上的水推力,使机组能够运行,挽回上千万元的经济损失。本文也提出了把动态故障分析和静态故障分析相结合的概念,对现场技术人员有一定的启发。实践证明,本文采取的理论分析和故障处理措施是非常有效的,它对于水力发电机组相似的故障处理和故障诊断分析具有指导和借鉴的作用。
The fault diagnosis and analysis of hydraulic generator set is a grinded-out and systematic engineering problem. The concept of combining dynamic and static analysis is presented in this paper. It is not only a efficient method to deposit the fault problem by the means of comprehensively combining the dynamic and static analysis, but also the short-cut to complete the fault diagnosis system. Based on these principles, the example of actual set fault is given to illuminate the feasibility of this method. It is concluded that this method may be available for reference to the fault diagnosis of other similar hydraulic generator set and it has great economic value.
