摘要
DQ-4型制氢设备在运行一段时间后(一般在30 h左右),电解槽氢氧侧温差在短期内迅速增大,使制氢设备无法正常运行。针对存在的问题,经过长时间的分析和摸索,发现碱液过滤器存在“气塞”现象,影响电解液在电解槽内的循环流动。经过对碱液过滤器进行小的改进后,电解槽温差异常增大的问题从根本上得到了解决。
After the DQ-4 hydrogen producer is in operation for certain period (normally about 30 hours), temperature difference on hydrogen-oxygen side of electrolytic tank is increasing rapidly which affecting the normal operation of hydrogen producer. The analysis and long time study reveals that alkaline filter is air blocked and restricts the circulating of electrolytic solution in tank. After minor modification was made, the temperature difference problem was solved eventually.
