摘要
针对工程中高速宽范围转速测量需求,提出了一种基于磁阻传感器的宽量程转速测量方法。设计了转速信号调理电路,着重对实际应用中因磁场不对称、测量转速范围宽引起测量不可靠问题进行了分析和实验研究,最终,确定了转速信号调理电路参数,使得在最高转速达120 000 r/m in的条件下工作可靠,并成功应用于微型涡喷发动机控制系统。
In order to measure the wide range rotation speed in engineering, a kind of rotation speed measurement method based on magnetorsistive sensor is proposed and the circuit is designed. The uncertainty of measurement caused by dissymmetry magnetic field and wide range of rotation speed in the application is studied in detail. As a result, the conditioning circuit parameters are got, which makes the measurement work well at a high rotation speed of 120000 r/min. It is applied successfully to the micro turbine engine control system.
