摘要
压力-容积曲线(PV曲线)技术是研究质壁分离时植物水分状况的一种重要方法.本文研究了基于PV曲线参数的数学求解法,并利用该方法研究了黑麦草(Lolium perenne)、高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)、羊草(Leymus chinensis)和克氏针茅(Stipa krylovii)4种草本植物的抗旱性.结果表明,PV曲线的数学求解法较图解法便于实际研究;同时,基于PV曲线的结果,4种草本植物抗旱性的顺序依次为:克氏针茅>羊草和高羊茅>黑麦草.
Press-volume curve (PV curve) technique is a kind of major method to study critical plant water potential and critical tissue water content when plasmolysis takes place. For estimating them, mathematic solution methods of parameters based from PV curve were put forward in the present study. The calculated results for the parameters of Lolium perenne, Festuca arundinacea, Leymus chinensis and Stipa krylovii indicated that the mathematic solution methods were convenient to actual research compared with the graphical methods. Added that the calculations showed that the order of drought resistance for four herbs was S. krylovii〉 F. arundinacea and L. chinensis 〉 L. perenne in turn.
