摘要
NiO/ZrO2/Al2O3 catalysts of the double dispersion were prepared by microwave and vacuum impregnation technique.The dispersion,structure and surface performance of the catalysts were studied by X-ray,XRD,FT-IR,TPR,TPD,BET surface area and pore distribution techniques.The activity and stability of the catalysts were investigated.The results show that the double dispersion catalyst has much higher activity for CO2 reforming of CH4.Conversion of CO2 and CH4 and selectivity of CO and H2 were above 95% and 96% at 800℃,respectively.The CO/H2 ratio was from 0.94 to 1.2 and the coke deposition was only 1.8% after 180h of the reaction.
