摘要
多年来,我国民营企业发展迅速,在我国的经济发展中发挥的作用越来越大,但其发展突出地受到了来自于金融支持方面的制约。本文分析、指出了我国民营企业面临着外源性融资困境,并对其原因和解决方法进行了有益的探讨。
The Non- state- owned Enterprises have developed quickly for many years,and have played a more and more important role in our national economic development. However, the development of the Non-state-owned Enterprises has been more and more critically restricted by financing. This thesis analyzes and points out that our nation＇s non-state-owned enterprises are confronting with outer financing predicaments. It also makes some beneficial discussions in reasons and ways to resolve the problem.
