摘要
目前广大农村教育资源极为匮乏的同时,却严重地存在着教育资源使用率低下的问题,如隐性教育资源闲置、规模不经济、管理涣散造成人财物资源的巨大耗损流失和教育质量低下等等。要使农村教育走出资源短缺的困境,不能光靠增加投入,更应注重提高效率,使农村教育从粗放型走向集约化。为此,须从资源投入、配置、管理和教育质量等多方面综合考虑以寻求提高农村基础教育资源使用效率的基本思路。
Although there is a severe shortage of resources in rural elementary education currently, the problems of low usage efficiency of resources exist seriously, such as ： idled recessive education resources, uneconomical scales, huge loss of wealth, properties and manpower because of lax management and low education quantity, etc. We should not just depend on increasing investment to make rural education out of the predicament, but should develop the efficiency of the resources. Thus, we must consider comprehensively the investment, distribution, management of the resources and the improvement of education quality, to look for basic ways of raising the efficiency in using the resources of rural elementary education.
