摘要
通过混合 ̄238Puα辐射体和 ̄13C制得单能6130keV高能γ射线校准源,测量了HPGe探测器效率、标准源的中于发射率、γ射线能谱及其发射率,讨论了不同投料比和工艺。
A monoenergetic 6130 keV high energy γ-ray calibration source is produced by mixing thealpha emitter 238Pu with 13C. The efficiency of the detector is measured using both 19F(P, ar) reaction and to determine thermal neutron capture rate of NaCl compourd methods. The γ-ray spectrum and emission rate and the neutron emission rate are determined. The different material ratioand the technology are discussed.
