摘要
手机作为网络终端设备,具备了网络终端的一切基本特征。当我们把无线网络中的手机作为独立的研究对象进行考察时,就会发现,无线网络终端用户是最具有典型意义的弱势群体。文章分析了网络电信服务中消费者弱势地位加剧的原因,并对网络环境下完善消费者权益保护的对策进行了有益的探究。
As a terminal equipment, the mobile phone has all the features of the network termination. We will find that the end users of the wireless network termination are the typical vulnerable group when looking into the mobile phone as an independent research object. This article makes an analysis of the factors that cause the more vulnerable situation of consumers receiving tele-network service and makes a favorable study of the countermeasures for consumer protection in the network environment.
