摘要
基于Ru(Ⅲ)、Rh(Ⅲ)、Ir(Ⅳ)对KIO4氧化孔雀绿反应的强烈催化作用及Pd(Ⅱ)、Au(Ⅲ)对PO23-还原孔雀绿的催化作用,采用单扫描示波极谱作孔雀绿的检测技术,分别建立了测定0.0008~0.04ng/mlRu、0.03~2ng/mlRh、0.24~1.6ng/mlIr、0.25~11ng/mlPd及20~500ng/mlAu的催化动力学分析新方法,并用于试样分析。
Based on the strong catalytical actions of Ru(III),Rh(III),and Ir(IV)on the oxidation of malachite green with KIO4and the catalytical action of Pd (II) and Au(III) on the reduction of malachite green with PO_2 ̄(3-) and by using monoscanning polarography,a new catalytical kinetics analysis method has been established.The method can be used in the sample analysis to determine 0.0008~0.04 ng/ml Ru,0.03~2ng/ml Rh,0.24~1.6ng/ml Ir,0.25~11ng/mlPd,and20~500ng/ml Au.
