摘要
基于Ｒｕ（Ⅲ）、Ｒｈ（Ⅲ）、Ｉｒ（Ⅳ）对ＫＩＯ４氧化孔雀绿反应的强烈催化作用及Ｐｄ（Ⅱ）、Ａｕ（Ⅲ）对ＰＯ２３－还原孔雀绿的催化作用，采用单扫描示波极谱作孔雀绿的检测技术，分别建立了测定０．０００８～０．０４ｎｇ／ｍｌＲｕ、０．０３～２ｎｇ／ｍｌＲｈ、０．２４～１．６ｎｇ／ｍｌＩｒ、０．２５～１１ｎｇ／ｍｌＰｄ及２０～５００ｎｇ／ｍｌＡｕ的催化动力学分析新方法，并用于试样分析。
Based on the strong catalytical actions of Ru(III),Rh(III),and Ir(IV)on the oxidation of malachite green with KIO4and the catalytical action of Pd (II) and Au(III) on the reduction of malachite green with PO_2￣(3-) and by using monoscanning polarography,a new catalytical kinetics analysis method has been established.The method can be used in the sample analysis to determine 0.0008～0.04 ng/ml Ru,0.03～2ng/ml Rh,0.24～1.6ng/ml Ir,0.25～11ng/mlPd,and20～500ng/ml Au.
