摘要
在应用图像处理技术测量钢板宽度时，钢板的厚度变化会造成钢板宽度测量的误差。因此，必须对由钢板厚度变化造成的宽度测量误差进行补偿。利用面阵CCD摄像机所拍摄图像中的冗余信息，测出钢板的厚度，再根据钢板的厚度对钢板宽度测量结果进行误差补偿。
When the width of plates is measured by the technology of computer image processing, the thickness of plates can cause the error in measuring width of plates. So the error must be compensated. The redundant information of the image shot by CCD camera can be applied and the thickness of plates may be measured. Then, according to the thickness of plates, the error in measuring width can be compensated.
