多排螺旋CT血管三维成像在胸主动脉病变诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨胸主动脉多排螺旋CT血管三维成像(MSCTA3D)的价值。方法:回顾性分析了39例胸主动脉多排螺旋CT血管三维成像,其中正常18例,胸主动脉瘤14例,胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤7例。扫描延迟时间采用造影剂跟踪扫描(BolusTracking)。采用三维工作站对数据进行MIP、MPR、CPR(曲面重建)、VRT(容积漫游技术)、VE(仿真内镜)重建。结果:39例胸主动脉多排螺旋CT血管三维成像,经MIP、MRP、CRP、VRT等方法成像,可清晰显示动脉瘤体及夹层动脉瘤的真假腔及破裂口。结论:胸主动脉多排螺旋CT血管三维成像(CTA3D)是一种安全、有效、无创性的检查,临床上值得推广应用。 Objective To explore the value of three-dimensional angiography withmulti-slice spiral CT on Thoracic aortic disease. Methods 39 cases of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional angiography in thoracic aorta were analyzed retrospectively including 18 normal cases, 14 cases with thoracic aortic aneurysm, 7 cases with thoracic aortic dissecting aneurysm. The raw Data were reconstructed by maximum intensity projection (MIP), multiple planar reformation (MPR),curved planar reformation (CPR),volume rendering technique(VRT), visual endoscopy (VE) in three- dimensional workstation. Results 39 cases of multi-slice spiral CT three-dimensional angiography in thoracic aorta were imaged by MIP,MPR,CPR, VRT, VE. The body of aneurysm and real cave, false cave in dissecting aneurysm was displayed clearly. Oonclusion Multi slice spiral CT three-dimensional angiography was a safe non-invasive method in thoracic aorta diseases and was valuable in clinical application.
