摘要
目的:通过对治疗前后糖尿病肾病肾功能不全大鼠模型大鼠各项生化指标的检测,进一步验证糖毒清对糖尿病肾病功能不全的疗效。方法:采用5/6肾切除合中等剂量的STZ腹腔注射方法建立糖尿病肾病肾功能不全模型,将造模成功的大鼠50只随机分为5组:模型组(生理盐水2mL/d灌胃);糖毒清高剂量组(糖毒清6.75g/kg.d-1灌胃);糖毒清中剂量组(糖毒清4.5g/kg.d-1灌胃);糖毒清低剂量组(尿毒清2.25g/kg.d-1灌胃);尿毒清组(尿毒清2.25g/kg.d-1灌胃)。另外10只正常对照组大鼠予生理盐水2mL/d灌胃;治疗10周后,检测各组大鼠的空腹血糖、血脂、肾功能、24h尿蛋白定量。结果:糖毒清可明显降低糖尿病肾病肾功能不全大鼠的尿蛋白、血肌酐和尿素氮,并有一定的降糖、降脂、改善血液高凝状态的作用。结论:糖毒清可有效地延缓糖尿病肾病大鼠的肾功能恶化进程,其中以糖毒清中剂量组疗效最理想。
Objective: To verify the further therapeutic effects of Tangduqing granules on rats with diabetic renal insufficiency (DRI) through examining and comparing the biochemical index of model rats with DRI before and after treatment. Methods :Sixty male SD rats were experienced combination of 5/6 nephrectomy and abdominal cavity injection with midium - dose streptozotocin to establish model rats with DRI. Fifty successful model rats with DRI were divided into five groups randomly : Model Group ( Administered with NS 2mL/d) ;High Dose Group (Administered with Tangduqing 6.75g/kg · d^-1 ) ;Medium Dose Group (Administered with Tangduqing 4.5g/kg · d^-1 ), Low Dose Group ( Administered with Tangduqing 2. 25g/kg · d^-1 ), Niaoduqing( Administered with Niaoduqing 2.25g/kg· d^-1 ). Ten abe- matched healthy male SD rats were served as controls (Administered with NS 2mL/ d). Ten weeks later, both contents of the fasting blood glucose, serum lipid, Bun, Scr and urine protein excretion in 24 hours were determined. Results: Tangduqing had the function of reducing contents of Bun, Scr and urine protein excretion in 24 hours of rats with renal insufficiency, reversing hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia and hypereoagula ble state of blood as well. Conclusion: Tangducling may effectively delay the development of renal failure. The results of experiment showed the therapeutic effects of medium - dose group were best.
