摘要
探讨了不同浓度的三十烷醇对蛋白核小球藻、斜生栅藻、菱形硅藻生长及生理活性的影响。结果表明,三十烷醇对这3种单细胞藻的细胞增殖、叶绿素a和光合放氧量均有明显促进作用,对小球藻、栅藻和硅藻的促生长最佳浓度分别为2 mg/L、5 mg/L和0.01 mg/L。
This research probed into the influence of different concentrations of triacontanol (TA) on the growth and physiological activity of Chlorella pyrenoides, Scenedesmus obliquus, Nitzschia hantzschiana Rabh. The results showed that TA can significantly improve the growth rate, chlorophyll-a content and oxygen releasing of the three algaes with different concentration. The optimum concentra tions of TA that used in Chlorella pyrenoides, Scenedesmus obliquus, Nitzschia hantzschiana Rabh were 2 mg/L, 5 mg/L and 0. 01 mg/L respectively.
