摘要
定义了血醇浓度,借鉴药物动力学中的房室模型,建立了血醇浓度的微分方程模型,准确地模拟出血醇浓度变化趋势的曲线.该模型可以预测喝酒后任一时刻的血醇浓度,同时对于血醇浓度达到最大值的时间也给出了一个精确的解析解.最后还讨论了周期性连续喝酒条件下血醇浓度的变化情况.
In this paper, we give two differential equations concerning situations, in which a certain amount of alcohol drinks are given in a short time vs. in a long time by analyzing the exchange mechanism of alcohol between the stomach (including the liver) and the bodyfluid(including the blood). Some practical problems are solved, based on given data by nonlinearleastsquare method.
