摘要 将现代内弹道理论应用于火炮内弹道设计过程,不仅使得火炮内弹道设计变量的选取不再局限于传统的装填密度、相对装药量和火药弧厚等;而且能将弹丸启动时间、压力波等经典模型无法描述的状态量纳入火炮内弹道设计过程,这对现代高性能火炮的设计是十分重要的。由于各评价标准均由火炮两相流模型计算获得,因此,基于两相流理论的火炮内弹道设计方法能更加精确地描述火炮的弹道性能与设计变量之间的关系。同时,采用多属性决策方法进行弹道设计方案的选择,使得火炮弹道方案的选择更加合理。 With the modern interior ballistics theory, the design variables of the gun interior ballistics not only contain the loading density and relative charge mass and thickness of propellant but also contain the starting-time of projectile and pressure-difference ,which can't be described by classical interior ballistics model ,that is very important for the modern high performance gun. Because the evaluation criterions of gun interior ballistics are calculated by two-phase flow model, the gun interior ballistics design method based on two-phase flow model can describe the relationship between the ballistics performance and the design variables in more detail, meanwhile the choice of the ballistics scheme is been done by the multiple attribute decision-making, which makes the ballistics scheme is elected more reasonably.
