摘要
介绍了网络环境下期刊资源的特点,分析了网络信息时代高校图书馆期刊资源利用的状况,从服务方式、人员素质、数据库建设等方面提出了提高期刊资源利用率的几点建议。
This paper introduces the features of the periodical resources under the network environment, analyzes on the situation of the application of the periodical resources of university library under the network environment, and puts forward some suggestions for increasing the utilization ratio of the periodical resources from the service mode, the personnel quality, and the database construction, etc.
