摘要
分析了高精度直缝焊管定径质量的主要影响因素,提出了合理的高精度焊管定径工艺、孔型设计方法。实践证明,新的设计方法提高了高精度焊管的尺寸精度和表面质量,降低了定径机调整操作难度,效果明显。
It analyses the key factors influencing the sizing quality of high precision longitudinal welded pipe,and raises the reasonable sizing process and the design method of pass on high precision welded pipe.The practice proves that the effect of new design method is noticeable on improving the dimensional precision and the surface quality of high precision welded pipe and decreasing the setting difficulty.
