摘要
抽油机的模块化设计能以较少零部件最大限度地满足不同用户多种类型、规格抽油机的需要,能给企业带来较高的经济效益。模块划分是模块化设计的关键,如果模块的规模越小,越容易进行设计、修改,但相应的,模块数量就越多,会增加模块组合的难度,增加加工的成本。本文利用K-means聚类算法,以玉门等厂家的44种游梁机的杆长尺寸为参考,对它们进行模块划分,提供了抽油机模块化设计中的模块划分的新方法。
Modularity of Beam Pumping Units can fulfill greatly all kinds of styles and specifications of different users, with less parts. It can increase the benefit of enterprise. However, how to categorize the modules is the key of modularity, the less scope of modularity, the easier to design, accordingly the more modules, the more cost. In this text, by the k-means clustering arithmetic, based on the 44 different kinds rods of beam pumping units which produced by YuMen et al, the modules are categorized, a new method of modularity of beam pumping units is offered.
