摘要
用稀土金属氧化物 Nd_2O_3作为添加剂,通过固相反应的方法稳定 ZrO_2立方相.X 射线衍射分析表明,稳定的 ZrO_2立方相的体积分数随着 Nd_2O_3含量的增加而呈线性上升,当 Nd_2O_3含量为12 mol.%时,ZrO_2立方相全部在室温下稳定,其稳定作用与 Nd—O与Zr—O键长的匹配有关.同时用线性拟合的方法得到了 ZrO_2立方相的晶格参数.
The cubic structure of ZrO_2 was stabilized at the room temperature by adding the rare earth oxide,Nd_2O_3.The results of X ray diffraction for the samples with different Nd_2O_3 contents show that the volume fractions of the stabilized cubic structure of ZrO_2 raise with the increase of Nd_2O_3 contents.The cubic structure is entirely stabilized as the content is 12 mol.%.The effect of stabilization is related to the match of bonds be- tween Nd—O and Zr—O.In addition,the parameter of the stabilized ZrO_2 cubic struc- ture is obtained by the linear imitation for all the spacing of crystal plane.
