摘要
本文通过对柴达木盆地交通建设与自然资源开发配置研究，分析了加快交通建设的必要性和迫切性，提出了交通建设的总体构想和发展战略。
Based on the study of the coordination of the traffic constration and the exploitation of the natural resources,the analysis of urgency and imperativity of quickening traffic constration, the authors put forward general design and developing strategy of the traffic constration in caidamu basin.
