摘要
本工作观察了直链β胡萝卜素分子(溶于正己烷,浓度5×10^(-5)mol/l在80K和20K的低温下的荧光谱,激发波长分别是位于~1Bu^+(S_3)吸收光谱段的412,465,477和485nm。光谱线的特征提示:在S_3能级的上方存在另一能级S_3.谱线还表明在极低的温度下,从S_3到S_2能级以及从S_4,S_2到S_1能级之间的内转换效率明显提高。
Fluorescence spectroscopy of all - trans B - carotene at 20K and at 80K in n - hexane has been measured at excited tvavelenths within lBu+ absorption band. The fluorescent emission spectra hinted existence of S3+ level above S level (1 Bu+ state) ,and showed that internal conversion is efficient from level Ss to level S2,and ffom S4,S2 to S1 at lower temperature. '
