摘要
介绍了冰粒射流的原理及装备组成,并对该装备的关键部件喷头进行了结构设计。由于喷嘴的引射流量和出口速度的理论计算建立在许多假设基础上,其结果与实际不符,为此本文根据前人的经验公式及试验目的设计了试验方案,对该喷头进行了初步优化,并对优化后的喷头及冰粒射流加工方式进行了工艺试验,验证采用冰粒射流方式可以进行光整加工,该喷头可以正常工作。
The principle of ice jet and its equipment buildup were introduced, and the nozzle which is one of key components was designed. Owing to the theoretically equation of induced flux and exit velocity was based on many supposes, the calculation result is not fit in with fact. Based on the experience formula summed up by formal investigators and experiment purpose, a experiment scheme was designed and the nozzle was optimized primarily. Through the process test on the optimized nozzle and ice jet machining manner, it is validated the feasibility of the experiment scheme.
