摘要
如何减少和遏制未成年人犯罪,已成为当今中国乃至全世界日益关注的焦点。预防未成年人违法犯罪,不仅关系到社会安定,人民群众生命、财产安全,而且关系到社会主义现代化建设能否顺利进行,关系到改革开放的伟大事业是否后继有人。有效预防和控制未成年人犯罪,必须研究与掌握未成年人犯罪的特点和规律,特别是系统地分析未成年人犯罪与家庭的关系,以建立良好的家庭防犯体系,从而减少和遏制未成年人犯罪。
How to reduce and restrain juvenile crime has been a focus in present China even all over the world. Preventing juvenile crime not only concerns social stability, but also has something to do with the successful construction of socialism modernization, as well as whether we can carry on great opening reform career. If we want to prevent and control juvenile crime, we must research and get to know the feature and regularity of it, especially analyze the relation between juvenile crime and family to develop a good family educational system, so that we may reduce and restrain it.
